However, downloading the form takes a while as it has a size of 900 Megabytes (MB).
As per the law, Form 34C is the form that is used to generate Form 34D - the certificate used to declare the president-elect.
In the form seen by frankthedon.blogspot.com , three of four chief agents of presidential candidates appended their signatures on the document.
Notably, none of the Azimio la Umoja agents signed the document used to declare Ruto as the president-elect.
Those who signed include Kithure Kindiki of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA), Paul Mwangi of Agano Party and Yagnik Ramji of the Roots Party of Kenya.
As per the form, Ruto garnered 7,176,141 votes, Raila got 6,942,930 votes, George Wajackoyah garnered 61,969 votes, while David Mwaure got 31,987 votes.
However, some discrepancies were noticed in the form with the presidential tallies not adding up.
As per the calculations, the votes of the four presidential candidates tallied to 14,213,027, while those captured tallied to 14,213,137
